“The Ingenues” is an intriguing and well-crafted story by Tony DePaul with the wonderful art drawn by American artist Jeff Weigel. This is the 192nd Phantom Sunday story that was first published in newspapers between October 17th, 2021 and May 8th, 2022.

Beginning with “The Chronicle of Old Man Mozz” which is the 259th Phantom followed by “Death in the Himalayas” the 260th daily then “Phantom’s End the 261st daily. The stories were all written by Tony DePaul and drawn by Mike Manley with Scott Cohn also working on art for “Phantom’s End”. These stories are completely interwoven and fold forward and backwards on themselves, through the artifice of Old Man Mozz who’s more mystic soothsayer than simple story teller.

Can old man Mozz alter the future by stalling the revelation of his visions? Can an altered timeline save the man who cannot die and his lineage?
