This new story, Inked in Blood, written for Frew by Pidde Andersson is a wonderful journey into the chronicle of the 20th Phantom. We find the Phantom accompanying his wife Maude, (née Thorne McPatrick). They are on a shopping trip, stopover in New York en-route to spend time with her family in Wisconsin. It is one of those times when the Phantom leaves the jungle and walks the streets as an ordinary man.
The Heart of Darkness continues into Chapter 7 which is the last chapter of these 7-page episodes.
