  • "The Hunt for the Black Carnation" - story and art by Hans Lindahl.

Story :

The mysterious villain The Black Carnation returns in this adventure!

The Black Carnation last appeared in The Jury of Death (Frew No 1509) published earlier this year and is obviously a special favourite of creator Hans Lindahl!

Hans wrote and drew The Jury of Death and has backed up in this new story, The Search for Black Carnation!

It will help to refer to the previous story to better understand what makes The Black Carnation tick, but if you do not have that edition, a brief explanation is that this twisted evil doer specialises in helping criminals escape from prison and bribes juries as something of a sideline!

He taunts the authorities by leaving a black carnation at the scene of all his crimes and is such a master of disguise he is known to the police as The Man Of A Thousand Faces.
