The Vultures are an ancient gang , as old as The Scorpia and Lee's brainwave , The Hydra they keep returning. They battled the Phantom as long ago as 1672 and a new wave of Vultures faced an earlier Phantom during the First World War. This story marks the comeback of sorts for Captain Smythe of the Jungle Patrol and there is at least one curious incident!....
