“The Ibis Mystery, Part 4: At the Edge of the Grave”, is the final concluding chapter of this
epic and now classic story by Norman Worker and artist Kari Leppänen. This is a story that has weathered the passage of time remarkably well! The Ibis Mystery part 1 to 4 was originally penciled into this year’s production schedule due in large part because Frew had a sequel planned, but in the infamous words of my ancestral compatriot, Robbie Burns, “The best laid schemes o’ mice an’ men / Gang aft a-gley.” Yes, they do often go awry particularly in the world of publishing.
