The priest Father O’Leary adopts an abandoned baby, who grows up with the nickname Cyclops because of his deformed face. When Cyclops crosses paths with the juvenile delinquent Daddy-D, he ends up in a terrible mess, accused of murdering Father O’Leary. Luckily The Phantom intervenes to set things straight.
