Part 1 is Issue 1552.

Story :

Hooded Justice concludes the fifth Phantom’s journey back to the days of Sherwood Forest and the legend of Robin Hood and his Merry Men.

The story ends as it began….in mystery!

Believe what you wish. Some readers have suggested everything was nothing more than a dream and just as many others have decided the adventures of the fifth Phantom proves not only is there proof Robin Hood actually existed, but that Little John’s long bow carried magical powers.

Writer David Bishop has deliberately injected a veil over his script, but remember—at the very beginning of each episode, Guran intrigues Kit and Heloise by reading them the story of the fifth Phantom’s adventure as recorded in the Chronicles!

All entries in The Phantom Chronicles are either based on fact or, if there is any mystery, or even slight doubt, supplemented by an explanation.

In the case of the fifth Phantom’s adventure, Guran makes no mention of any separate explanation, so we must accept that the account is based on the truth.

What you must now decide is whether the fifth Phantom was actually Robin Hood or the man who initiated the legend!

Art for this story by Cesar Spadari, whose work is always a joy to the eye (and who clearly loves illustrating historical adventures which make heavy use of castles, forests and sword play!) and the covers by Antonio Lemos.
