The island of Death of The Isle of Death has been something of a stock theme since Lee Falk created The Phantom in 1936 and American and Scandinavian publishing companies late began producing special comic book presentation of The Ghost who Walks. However the story in this issue bears no relationship to anything previously created. Writer, Tony De Paul, has delved into mythology and come up with a fascinating and eerie script which has been perfectly captured by master comic book artist, Cesar Spadari.
